PURPOSE

This document sets out the Terms of Trade for DC Electrical NZ Ltd. Transparency is important to us, and we know our customers value honesty and clear communication. Detailing our terms of trade is the best way to manage expectations, avoid any surprises and ensure a satisfied customer.

The terms of trade below serve as the criteria for all of the work we carry out. These terms override any agreements made in person, over the telephone, or in any other communication.

When you engage DC Electrical NZ Ltd to carry out work on your behalf, you are deemed to have read and accepted the terms of trade and agree to uphold your obligations under these terms of trade.

OUR CHARGES

All quotations and prices exclude GST.

Labour
Our hourly rate excludes materials $85.00 per hour + GST Minimum 1 hour charge.

After hours call out fee, Standard business hours are 7.30am - 4.30pm $180 + GST flat fee, Includes 1 hour labour. Travel charges are additional.

Travel Charge (dependent on location), $2 per kilometer one way. Minimum $10 charge.

Parking Permits/Tolls/Paid Parking, If in the course of undertaking work for you, we are required to pay for parking or any other vehicle travel costs, these will be passed on to you.

PAYMENT TERMS

Email is our primary form of communication. If you would prefer to receive an invoice in the mail please notify us. Once your job is complete, you will be sent a final invoice by email.

Payment is required within 7 days of invoice.
